After a solid 5 minutes of struggling to park, the lady was almost in.then gave up. The rapid rise in interest rates have effected home prices, down 7 so far this year and the number of sales are down by 40 for the first four months of 2023. The space was easily big enough for an Escalade & the lady had a Fiat. Outer Banks Real Estate Market Statistics including average sales price, days on market, number of active listings and more. Not gonna lie, everyone in our group agrees that the best part of the tour (no offense to the actual tour, that was great on its own) was when the guide started talking but everyone was distracted by a lady struggling to parallel park right in front of us. New owners totally revamped and added to the restaurant, marina, fleet and property in 2018 and are continuing to grow. We learned a lot about the town & it was an easy walk. Big things are happening at Wanchese Marina, located in the heart of Wanchese. We all really liked our guide, Diane, she was great. But she was serious! You can walk around the town with an open alcoholic beverage!! The tour was fun & definitely something different. The guide told us to get To-Go cups, we thought she was joking. ![]() With got there early & decided to grab a beer before the tour. We did the Dead of Night: Ghosts & Graves tour with a bunch of family. Also, we were there during the pandemic and they did a good job with distancing. Our guide even let the kids hold the monitors that checks for energy, so they were thrilled. In our group were 3 kids, 12, 10, and 6, and it was very appropriately kid friendly. The stories were really cool and interesting, I would absolutely do this tour again. not blurry picture of the one house-it was not foggy while we were there, and she was able to explain that pictures might turn out that way and why. Our tour guide was great, and was able to give good photography tips that I hadn't thought of before. It was crazy, you could only see the orbs in the picture, and as I was looking at the camera as we stood there but not with the naked eye. I've done many ghost tours in other places (Williamsburg and Gettysburg come to mind) and never seen or felt anything but this time I got some really cool pictures.
